About ODSHUCON
ODSHUCON is the premiere organization development and change conference for 2025. This year, the International Society for Organization Development and Change (ISODC) Conference and Symposium is sponsored and hosted by Sacred Heart University. This is more than just a conference, it is a world-class professional learning, collaborating, and networking experience. It is an event designed to foster knowledge-sharing, discourse, collaboration, innovation, and research for the advancement of the field of organization development and change (ODC).
What ISODC@SHU (ODSHUCON) Offers
Much more than just a traditional academic conference, the 2025 ISODC conference and symposium (ODSHUCON) is a professional conference for scholars, practitioners, researchers, organizational leaders, students, and others engaged in organizations from across disciplines. Our conference offers a wide variety of sessions and activities, including renowned ODC and leadership keynote speakers,
pre-conference workshops, in-conference workshops, a pro-bono intervention experience, business case studies, research presentations, student presentations, student competition, networking sessions, discussion panels, and think tank sessions designed to move organization sciences forward and onward. We will also have exhibitors, book signing, an award ceremony, and more.

Conference Dates & Times
ODSHUCON will be held on 23-25May. Registration opens at 8AM on Friday. The sessions kick off with an exciting interactive workshop, "The Improv Cafe." The reception activities, opening keynote, dinner, and awards ceremonies begin at 4PM. See the conference program for full schedule.

Call for Submissions for Student OD Innovation Competition
Student teams can compete in a poster contest by presenting posters regarding practitioner business/organizational cases, original OD&C research, innovative techniques and interventions, nuanced applications or modifications of existing methodologies, or thought leadership surrounding solutions to grand challenges.
